9/10 Customers Happy with Gladstone Brookes Service

We recently surveyed a portion of customers (99) for a satisfaction survey and asked them 6 simple questions:

  • 98.99% were pleased with the outcome of the claim
  • 97.98% were happy with the service provided
  • 92.93% thought they were kept fully informed throughout the claim
  • 96.97% thought Gladstone Brookes were good value for money
  • 97.98% would use our service again
  • 96.97% would recommend us to a friend
