For cases received prior to April, the banks were given a deadline of 31st August to reach a decision. Whilst many of our clients have had a decision and received their refund, we realise this is not the case for everyone.
We sincerely apologise for the delay you are experiencing due to the Judicial Review and we understand that this can be a frustrating period, especially when many of these decisions are long overdue. Gladstone Brookes are continuously working on your behalf, we have adapted our internal systems to provide improved efficiency and will continue liaising with the relevant banks and authorities to ensure your refund is with you as quickly as possible.
We will let you know as soon as we are contacted by your bank. If they do not contact us, we will contact them on your behalf.
