SUCCESS STORY – The service was perfect

When Alan Yates tried to claim for mis-sold PPI with Barclays they told him they couldn’t find any record that he had paid anything.

But then he saw the Gladstone Brookes advert on TV and decided to see if we could help him.

Service

“I got nowhere trying it myself because I did have the account information to give them, but Gladstone Brookes managed to sort it out for me.

“The service was perfect. I couldn’t think of anything better. There’s no aggro and even when Barclays rejected one of the claims you took it to the Ombudsman for me and won.”

Mis-sold

The Gladstone Brookes investigation found Alan had been mis-sold PPI on two Barclays loans and also on his Lloyds credit card.

Barclays agreed to pay a total of £8,776.83± in compensation and Lloyds paid out £3,788.10± – making a grand total of £12,564.93±.
